General Terms and conditions of services

 our remuneration is usually based on the time spent on the job at an agreed rate. The actual charges are calculated by reference to the cadre of the staff engaged.

It is our responsibility to monitor closely the performance of staff and time spent on the job to achieve the most input. In cases of exigencies warranting additional man-months and time cost, these will be discussed with the clients and appropriate decision taken.

 Furthermore, please not that our fee exclude incidental expenses incurred necessarily, wholly and exclusively on the assignment. These, which are usually billed separated, include travelling, accommodation, printing, stationery, photocopying and other reimbursable allowances.  Again, the total of this item is usually controlled kept to the barest minimum.

However, out total fee is usually discussed and agreed with the client before billing, in all cases, it is usually very competitive.

OUR compensation                                             

Our normal method of reward is as stated below, although we are open to suggestion:

  • Sixty per cent (60%) on commissioning
  • Thirty per cent (30%) on presentation of the draft report
  • Ten per cent (10%) on presentation of final clean and approved report
  • All payment are in Naira and only when absolute necessary to use foreign currencies consultant’s payments will be made in foreign currencies.

POINTS TO NOTE

take note that the following points are applicable

  • A tacit agreement not to entice each other’s staff during the period of the exercise
  • Our man-hour for the month is based on an average of one hundred and forty (140) hours
  • Accommodation is based on twenty five (25) night per month
  • Our staff when on outside assignments normally return to usual place of residence once a month
  • Road transportation is based on the current rate of hiring cars with driver. A driver and three (3) staff will be allocated a car at a time
