GANIYU BABALOLA ADESOJI
Mr. Adesoji started his accounting career with Messrs. S. K. Ekundayo and Co. (Chartered
Accountants) Ibadan- 1967 to 1970 and later joined Messrs Balogun Ayanfelu Badejo and Co. (Chartered Accountants) Lagos 1971 to 1973. He took up an appointment with West African Engineering Company (WAECO) Apapa as Chief Accountant and later Accounts Manager Hotel Presidential Port Harcourt. He was the first officer to introduce Cash deposit from lodgers lodging in the Presidential Hotel, Port Harcourt in 1974 and this was to eliminate the incidence of lodgers failing to pay their bills. Today his ingenuity is finding a Nigeria solutions to A- Nigeria problem has been vindicated as all hotels in Nigeria now insists on cash deposits to even confirmed reservations.
He passed the final Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)- 1975.
He came back into professional office in 1975, by working with Messrs Z.O Ososanya & Co. (Chartered Accountants) Lagos as an Audit Manager in charge of most of the Audits in Lagos, which included National Insurance Corporation (NICON) and it subsidiaries, Smurfit Group, AGIP (Nigeria) Limited and Union Bank Nigeria Plc, on leaving Messrs. Z.O Ososanya & Co. (Chartered Accountants) Lagos. He went into full-time practice in July 1976 as Messrs Babalola Adesoji & CO. With a sole partner firm in 1976 and one office in Lagos today, the firm has three resident partners and two non-resident partners and offices in six states capital and Abuja.
In 1989 the firm was admitted as a member of Moore Stephen International one of the largest Ten accounting firms in the world.
By his dynamic leadership, sincerity of purpose and total commitment to the profession, he was appointed into the Africa/ Asia Board of Moore Stephen International, he supervised all the Audit/management services of Moore Stephen Cameroon. Mr. Adesoji is on board of some companies in Nigeria and abroad. He is currently the chairman/managing partner and International Liaison Officer
JOSEPH OLORUNWA SAMUEL
Attended Yaba College of Technology, Lagos (1998-2002), He become a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria 2009, An Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria 2016, He is a member of International Internal Auditor (IIA), He is an alumni of Johnson Institute of Leadership Training (university of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA) He attained Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University, Lagos. A registered member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria 2013, He started his Accounting career with United African Drugs Limited (Manufacturing Company) This day Newspaper (Debtors Reconciliation Accountant) and later work with the following as an Accountant: Babalola Adesoji & CO (Chartered Accountants), where he rose to the level of Senior Manager in Audit and Taxation, First Consultants Medical, Ladi- Lak Hospital,The Kings (security & Exchanges) Limited, TPT International Limited(Marketing Communication Company), Brandfaces magazine, Innovative media,LTC- JWT Limited, Royal Root Communication Ltd.
WILLIAMS SUNDAY GEORGE
Mr. Williams Sunday George graduated from Lagos State University (LASU) with a B.SC honour degree in Economics, He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, A member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria on graduating, he joined the Gbenga Badejo & Co a firm of Chartered Accountant, An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria, He has worked with GBC Consulting as a Financial Consultants, Gbenga Badejo & Co (Chartered Accountants) , Atlas Portfolio as Head of Finance and Administartive, He is a practising Accountant, He is proficient in computer application, Appraisal, Development and Training.
